SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be process for shipping within 1-2 working* days after order confirmation. For more details please contact customer service.

Orders received before 1:00 pm shall be processed the same day whereas orders received after 1:00 pm shall be processed the following day. Delivery time period for all orders is of 2-6 working days shall be counted from the order processing date. In rare cases delivery time may exceed an additional 2-3 working days (if applicable will be convey to you by our customer service representative).

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders once confirmed can't be cancelled. In the event of the customer canceling the order at the time of delivery and/or refusing to take delivery an order cancellation charge of Rs.200/- shall be applicable. This charge is non-negotiable and irrevocable.

RETURNS POLICY

In order to refunds/returns customer should call on the above contact details within 1-2 days from the delivery date, after that refunds/returns are not possible. For more details about refunds/returns information kindly contact customer service.
